Functions and Features:
1. Suitable for blast furnace (BF) hot blast stove system, playing an important role in cutting, used as hot blast valve and back draught valve etc.
2. Self-developed new patented technology products have characteristics of longevity, water conservation and energy efficiency, which makes it the top-level of water-cooled hot blast valve.
3. Drive Pattern: hydraulic transmission, electric drive etc..
4. All-welded construction, a circulating water cooling system adopted on all valve bodies and valve discs.
5. Valve sealing achieved by the differential pressure of medium.
6. Fully lined with insulation, thermal insulation material inside all valve bodies, bonnet and valve discs.
7. Main Material: Q235, 16MnR, 20g, 0Cr18Ni9, heat resistant steel etc..
Note: Valves shall be open and closed in equalizing blast state.
