Introduction:

UQK-03 float level controller is applicable to the control of liquid in various containers. When the liquid level reaches the upper and lower switching values, the controller contacts will send on-off switch signals. The product series can be divided into two categories: explosion-proof and non explosion-proof. The explosion-proof type can be used for liquid level control of pressure vessels with Class 1.2 flammable and explosive media and Group A, B and C. The controller is not suitable for medium with strong corrosion to brass, stainless steel and other materials and magnetic impurities


Structure Principle of Float Level Controller

The UQK float level controller is composed of two parts: the float group and the contact group which are isolated from each other.

When the measured liquid level rises or falls, the float ball 1 rises and falls with it to make the magnetic steel 2 at its end swing up and down. Through the magnetic force, the magnetic steel 4 installed in the housing 3 with the same magnetic pole is pushed to swing up and down. The moving contact 5 at the other end is connected or disconnected between the fixed contacts 1-1 and 2-2.
