DN50 Pneumatic Drive Single-seat Gas Control Valve
Introduction:
The pneumatic film straight-through single-seat regulating valve adopts a top guide structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S streamline shape of the filling channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly and assembly. It is widely used in the precise control of gas, liquid and other media, and the process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level are kept at a given value. It is especially suitable for working occasions where the allowable leakage is small and the pressure difference between the front and rear of the valve is small.
Pneumatic film straight-through single-seat control valve products include standard type, regulating cut-off type, bellows sealing type, jacket insulation type and many other varieties. The nominal pressure grades of the products are PN10, 16, 40, 64; the valve body diameter ranges from DN20 to 200. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from -200ºC to 560ºC in various grades. There are IV or VI leakage standards. The flow characteristic is linear or equal percentage. A variety of varieties and specifications are available.
